Allen’s critical six points help Lane

Tied at halftime, Lane Community College used a decisive stretch by Robby Allen to push the Titans into a three-way tie for second place with a 67-61 victory over Clackamas on Saturday night on their home floor.

Allen made a layup, a 15-foot jumper and two free throws to turn a three-point deficit into a three-point lead with 1:43 left in the second half for Lane (10-8, 5-2 NWAACC Southern Region).

Kyle Warner scored a team-high 17 points for the Titans, who play Linn-Benton in Albany at 6 p.m. next Saturday.
