LCC’s Hardie takes second in hammer

SALEM — Lane Community College’s Christina Hardie placed second in the hammer throw and teammate Jennifer Guzman was fourth at the Willamette Invitational track and field meet on Friday.

Hardie threw 125 feet, 7 inches for second, and Guzman went 117-10. Two other Titans, Kallie Nowak and Erikka Bly, were sixth and seventh, respectively.
