         <description><![CDATA[SALEM — Tyrone Phillips and Trent Roos   scored 21 points apiece, and Chemeketa Community College shot 60 percent   in the second half on the way to an 86-66 victory over Lane in a   Southern Region tiebreaker game on Monday night.
The victory sends the Storm (14-12) to the   NWAACC Tournament in Pasco, Wash., beginning Friday as the region’s No.  4  seed. Lane’s season ended at 13-13.
Kyle Warner led the Titans with 17 points and Matt Juillerat added 15. Lane was outrebounded 48-27.
